The payback gate

I only propose builds where estimated saving pays back the fee inside about three months on a metric we pick together. We agree that metric before anything ships.

If we miss it after handoff, I remediate within a capped number of hours at no charge. I do not take projects where we cannot see the saving on paper first, and I do not sell vibe-based refunds.
